As a music enthusiast, Ira started her career in 2014 as a producer and office manager at the Druga Godba Ljubljana Institute, where she also worked from 2016 to 2023 as a member of the programme committee of the Druga Godba festival. From 2019 to 2021, she served as a technical producer at MENT Ljubljana. Since 2016, she is the project manager at Glitterbeat Records.
