Iryna Lobanok is a music programme manager at the Ukrainian Institute, co-founder of the Ukrainian music community Porichka, board member at EMMA (European Music Managers Alliance), sound producer, and artist. Her primary objective is to improve conditions for emerging musicians in Ukraine and to connect Ukrainian musicians and music industry representatives with international opportunities through music showcases, festivals, conferences, residencies, workshops, creative collaborations, and media exposure, helping integrate Ukrainian music into the global cultural landscape.
