Combining live music, communications, and on-site festival dynamics, Kristína is a young PR, media, and production professional working across music and multi-genre festivals, linking artist relations, media coordination, and on-site communication with production teams. For the past four years, she has been part of the PR & Media team of Pohoda Festival, one of the largest music and arts events in Slovakia, working closely with the festival’s PR and Marketing leads. Her role spans artist media advancing, press accreditations, and content contributions.

Alongside Pohoda, Kristína manages communications for the SHARPE music showcase festival and conference, supporting emerging Slovak and European artists. She is also involved in festival safety and crowd management as part of the Safety Crew, with hands-on experience in crowd supervision, crisis communication, and stage pit work. In 2025, she has been shortlisted among the European Festival Awards’ New Kid on the Block nominees. Kika additionally contributes to the music & arts festival Atmosféra and Trenčín’s Light Art Festival within the European Capital of Culture 2026 program. Her interests center on inclusivity, accessibility, and sustainable festival practices.
