Kristine Kleina is a label and artist manager at Every Little Thing, a music company based in Riga, Latvia. Kristine helps steer the success of celebrated acts like EBBA Award-winning band Carnival Youth, ethno-pop band Tautumeitas as well as emerging talents and local music award winners Bel Tempo, Finkis and Kautkaili. The company is also a local marketing and promotions partner for Sony Music Entertainment. Beyond her role at Every Little Thing, she actively contributes to the growth of Music Export Latvia through involvement in various projects and seminars for the Latvian music industry. Additionally, Kristine holds a BA in Music Industry Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
