With a journalistic and music background, and experience in moderating panels, she brings sharp insights and dynamic energy to her role as moderator. In addition to her work at AGE Music, Lara co-founded Fiori, a foundation that supports female artists and creatives in their growth and visibility both nationally and internationally. Passionate about gender equality and human rights, Lara is actively involved as a director at an organization dedicated to creating a free and equal future for all children.
