Lilian Severin is a Moldovan musician, songwriter, and founder of POT Music NGO, an organization dedicated to supporting and developing the independent music scene in Moldova. As the creative force behind the alternative band Snails, he blends folk roots, psychedelic textures, and modern rock into poetic narratives about belonging and transformation. An active musician and cultural organizer, he has been involved in numerous social campaigns promoting mental health awareness, women’s empowerment, youth engagement, and green initiatives, as well as in creating platforms such as Sun Da-i Fest, Indie Da-i, Rocketele camp and the National Emerging Bands Contest POT Music. He is also deeply engaged in developing the community of emerging indie bands in Chișinău by contributing to the Artcor residency program.
