Nadica Banishka is a Skopje-based music manager and booking professional active across the Balkan alternative scene.

After years of being an avid follower of the alternative music scene, in 2023 she decided to take a more active role and became the manager of the Skopje-based band Vagina Corporation. She produced their concert film “Dali ova e zhivo?” and organized their upcoming regional tours. In 2025, Nadica also became the manager of Lufthansa, currently the most famous and influential alternative band from North Macedonia, successfully booking their regional tour for autumn 2025.

Within the independent record label Mrtov Konj, she works as a booking agent for several bands and contributes to organizing concerts for international acts. She also manages the Skopje-based band Kokiche, further solidifying her presence and influence within the contemporary alternative music scene of the Balkans.

She is currently also part of Password Production, working as a Booking Assistant for major events such as D Festival, Taksirat Festival, and the PIN Music Conference & Showcase Festival.
