Nina Mathys is a self-proclaimed professional fangirl turned marketing strategist from Switzerland. She is the founder of blank agency, which helps artists fill the blank in their fan strategy and digital presence, and is also part of the communications team at m4music Festival.
Starting out in 2013 with a One Direction fan page that grew to 14K followers, Nina has since managed multiple organic fan accounts, gaining deep insights into fan culture and engagement. After running the largest fan account for Glass Animals, she now collaborates with the band and other artists –including Good Neighbours, Hecht, NNAVY, and Kyle Alessandro –through blank, developing fan engagement and community management strategies.
Her approach highlights each artist’s individuality while integrating their communities into campaigns — because a fan-focused strategy doesn’t just create loyal listeners, it turns fans into creators, advocates, and promoters of an artist’s brand and music.
