Oltea is coordinating Sustainability department @ Electric Castle Festival, Romania. With a strong background in cultural communication for priority national cultural programs, she joined EC`s Sustainability department in 2021 and helped the team grow a structured and strategic approach of green&community matters inside the organization and for the festival`s audience.
