Paul Boland is co-founder and Director of CWB.ie An independent Irish production and promotion house with offices in Tipperary and Dublin. Paul started his career as technical manager of the 1000-seater University Concert Hall, Limerick where he managed an extensive calendar of events from Concert to corporate. In 2014, he consulted and produced a series of Flagship events for the National City of Culture and executed the acquisition and development of the Culture Factory, which evolved into Troy Studios. Since 2015, Paul has produced key events for corporate and sporting clients and has managed international tours specialising in orchestras. (Zelda Goddess of Symphony, National Geographic Symphony for our World) In 2018 he conceived and produced Feile Classical at Semple Stadium in Thurles with 20,000 people attending over 2 sold out days. Since then, he has developed and produced new festival formats throughout the Mid-West of Ireland.
