Rick Haayen has over 30 years of experience in the international entertainment industry, working across Europe and the U.S. Rick’s career spans major labels like Universal Music Group, the independent labels CNR and V2 Benelux, and management firms including The Entertainment Group and Montana ECI. Raised and experienced between the U.S. and the Netherlands, Rick brings a unique transatlantic perspective and strategic vision to the music business. In 2014, he founded Music At Work, a management and consultancy firm representing global pop, dance, and singer- songwriter talent. The company also offers label services, legal services, song pitching and publishing solutions for the wider entertainment industry.
