Simon Gooch leads Sveriges Radio’s P3 and serves as the company’s Head of Music Strategy, roles he has held since November 2021. His career spans strategy, product development, journalism, DJing, and concert and festival promotion. He joined Bauer Media’s Swedish operation (then SBS Radio) in 2007 to lead digital strategy, and in 2016 he joined Sveriges Radio as Innovation Director. Originally from the UK, he has lived in Sweden for over 25 years and is passionate about the future of audio, music, football, and cricket.
