Tessy brings over 20 years of international experience in the music industry—spanning major record labels, the founding of her own management company, and global consulting for corporations, brands, and artists. She lectures at universities, moderates panels at leading conferences worldwide, and is widely recognized for her expertise in international marketing, A&R, executive production, leadership, and artist management. Tessy currently serves as well as Chair of EMMA (European Music Managers Alliance) and sits on the Board of IMUC.
