Thomas Sønderby Jepsen is Head of Music for the biggest festival in North Europe, Roskilde Festival. He has been part of Team Music since 2009, where he started as a volunteer and became permanently employed in 2014. In 2022 he became Head of Music. Since 1971 Roskilde Festival has been a Non-Profit festival with focus on environmental and cultural change. With more than 175 acts playing at the festival, 30.000 volunteers and more than 100.000 attendees per day – the city of Roskilde becomes the 4th biggest city in Denmark during the 8 days the festival is being held.
