Previously ESNS already confirmed six of the MME Awards nominees for their ESNS23 line-up; Kids Return (fr), KOIKOI (rs), Monikaze (lt), Queralt Lahoz (es), schmyt (de), and The Haunted Youth (be).

The MME Awards nominees that are added to the line-up are; Amelie Siba (cz), CMAT (ie), eee gee (dk), Goldkimono (nl), Hause Plants (pt), Jerry Heil (ua), July Jones (si), Oska (at), and Sans Soucis (it).

ESNS previously confirmed 48 up-and-coming acts for Eurosonic and Noorderslag.

The Music Moves Europe Awards (MME Awards) is the European Union prize celebrating the emerging artists who represent the European sound of today and tomorrow. The annual awards are designed to accelerate the international careers of upcoming European acts. Former winners of the awards include; Stromae, Alyona Alyona, Rosalía, Dua Lipa, Mezerg, Blanks, Ladaniva, Meskerem Mees and Christine and the Queens.

The MME Awards are awarded annually at ESNS. At ESNS23 the awards will be presented on Thursday, January 19.
