Anne van Dooren is Head of production at Oerol Festival Terschelling, a 10 day festival in June, spread over the whole island with +/- 40 different locations & 50.000 visitors each year. As a site-specific arts festival with a more than 40-year history, we’ve learnt to use our unique setting to work & collaborate with our surroundings together with artists, partners & crew. Because of our specific location (within a Unesco world heritage) we firmly believe that we need to take big steps towards a sustainable and inclusive festival.
