From 2013 until 2019 I worked as an artist manager for several Dutch acts, supporting them in their international careers and building collaborations with partners in Europe. Currently, I am coordinating the Music Business minor for NHL Stenden University, which focusses on teaching young professionals the skills to collaboratively design solutions for a digitizing European music sector. We feel the need for resilience and personal leadership among professionals in the industry by teaching essential knowledge and co-creating solutions with partners like ESNS, SPOT Groningen, and 3S Music Management. Our students and team have presented their ideas at conferences such as ESNS, Tallinn Music Week and Spike Bulgarian Music Showcase.
