Bob Vos is a Dutch music industry entrepreneur and executive with decades of experience in artist development and record label management. He began his career at EMI in the 1990s, working with some of the Netherlands’ most renowned artists, including André Hazes and Rob de Nijs. He subsequently joined Roadrunner Records, where he gained valuable international experience.

Following the merger of Roadrunner Records and Arcade, Bob became Managing Director of CNR Music, a position he held until 2013. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in leading music operations, developing talent and navigating a rapidly evolving industry. In 2013, he took the entrepreneurial step of founding his own record company "Cornelis Music" together with his business partner. Since then, he has continued to build on his experience and passion for music, with a strong focus on artist development.
