Conchitta Bottse (1984) is an urban arts blackbelt. For many years she worked as a promoter at pop venue PAARD in The Hague, with expertise in hip hop and related genres. Since 2014 she is executive producer and promoter of ADE Beats, the hip hop, bass and beats conference at Amsterdam Dance Event. Recently she started working as projectmanager for rosetta., a platform for female and gender nonconforming producers and works as a freelance talent developer for several Dutch music hubs and conservatories.
