Henk Schuit is an independent consultant, vice chairman of the VVEM (Dutch Association of Event Makers) and treasurer of the Foundation Weet Waar Je Kopen! (a foundation providing public education on secondary ticketing). He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Tickets for Good and the Pieter Smit Group. Henk has more than thirty years of experience in the live entertainment and ticketing industry and is familiar with all aspects of ticketing. Until recently he was Managing Director of Eventim Netherlands. Before joining CTS Eventim Netherlands, Henk worked for the Dutch State Lottery where, as Manager TicketBox, he was responsible for the strategy and daily operations of all ticketing activities. Prior to entering the ticketing sector, he worked in the music industry as marketing and communications manager at the record label Provogue. Henk studied business economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam and in Michigan.
