Jon Heemsbergen is the founder of Art-up: an organization that aims to boost innovation and enterpreneurship in the music, arts and creative sectors. Art-up organizes an incubator programme for cultural start ups ad offers training and consultancy to cultural organizations, governments and culture funds. Jon has a long history of working in the music business. He worked at Melkweg Amsterdam as head of marketing, communication & sales.
