Joost Wijnen is Label Manager at V2 Records Benelux. V2 has been an independent label since 2007, with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. It is first and foremost a home for its own signings and imprints, and it also works with international partner labels to grow their artists across the region. Joost leads Dutch campaigns for those international artists, with recent work including releases from Laufey, Tom Misch, CMAT and Patrick Watson.

Alongside his label work, Joost is developing V2’s approach to audience development. He uses community building, creator partnerships, and fan engagement to help artists find new listeners and turn them into a committed fanbase.
