With a background in booking bands, music publishing, marketing, education and research, Karlijn has seen the (inter)national music industry from the inside and outside. She now works as grant coordinator at the Dutch Performing Arts Fund, where she is involved in programs such as Upstream: Music, Meerjarige Festivalsubsidies, Podiumregeling and Tournee- en promotieregeling.
