As a clinical technologist in cardiothoracic surgery at Leiden University Medical Center, I work at the intersection of clinical care and technology. Alongside direct patient care, I focus on improving treatment and patient outcomes, including through innovative research into the use of virtual reality for patients who have undergone cancer surgery.
