She utilizes the Cultural Target Audience Model and, since this year, has also been working with the Audience and Impact Dashboard. This tool provides impact research and professional reports, including benchmarks, to a wide range of festivals and arts and culture organizations. It enables these organizations to learn, report to stakeholders, and strengthen their cultural activities.
