Since 2011, Paula has been active on the Slovak music scene and involved in various cultural project & music Festivals, both as Production manager and Stage manager. Alongside people from Cvernovka Foundation she helped build an unique cultural & creative center Nová Cvernovka, where she served for seven years as programming director. She also played a role in the beginnings of the LALA - Slovak Music Export initiative, which later gave rise to the currently only Slovak music showcase festival, Sharpe. Although her focus is now on her agency SPFM and her main job as Production manager of Pohoda Festival, where she takes care of Artist technical production & advancing.
