Executive director of Aarhus Festuge Rikke Øxner has almost 30 years of experience in the festival business. The last 8 years she has been director of the Aarhus Festuge and before that, 20 years at the Roskilde Festival as booker and music director. Rikke has been active in the European festival organization, Yourope, since the very beginning in 1998 and been a regular guest at ESNS also since the very beginning.
