Rob van der Ham is a programmer at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and BRIDGE Guitar Festival Eindhoven. In recent years, he has worked as a programmer for venues and festivals including Willem Twee, Theater aan de Parade, Corneel and youth festival Rauwkost. Building on the opportunities he was given early in his career, he has developed into an experienced senior programmer.

Alongside his programming work, Rob runs his own company, Robbie Rebel Agency, focusing on booking, management and support for bands, artists, events and organisations. He also works with Dutch bands and artists on coaching, vision development and strategic planning.

In 2026, Rob mentored a young programmer at Poppodium Corneel. Using his own mentoring method, he guided the student step by step through programming, budgeting, market knowledge, network development and artistic vision. The programme focused on developing independence and resulted in a programmer able to make programming decisions independently and from their own perspective.
