Based in Haarlem, Santina Elena is a dedicated music industry professional working as Label Manager at Suburban Records. Currently studying 'Leadership in the Music Industry, Entertainment, and Technology' at Berklee College of Music.

As Chairperson of the STOMP Development Team, she is focused on the growth of the next generation of Dutch music professionals, while her work with the IMPALA EDI Taskforce (guided by Keith Harris OBE) aims to build a more diverse, inclusive and sustainable European sector.

As a mental health advocate, she organized/moderated "Under Pressure" at ESNS25, focusing on mental health in the music industry, and is currently working on 'hardop', a podcast on the same topic.

Outside of office hours she enjoys drawing cityscapes and konbinis, reading around 45 books a year, and recharging in nature.
