Simone van Vugt is a musician and board member within the Dutch music sector. In 2021, she graduated with a Master of Music in Composition from the Amsterdam Conservatory, completing a thesis on the opportunities and challenges of processing online copyright revenues.

As a performing artist under the pseudonym Lov3less, she has released multiple albums and was named 3FM Talent by Dutch radio station 3FM. As a multi-instrumentalist, she performs approximately 40 national and international shows per year across various musical projects.

Alongside her artistic practice, Simone actively advocates for a safe working environment for everyone in the music industry. She has held governance and advisory roles since 2021, including her current position on the Member Council of Buma Stemra and her involvement in Taskforce GO. On behalf of BAM! Popauteurs, she spent the past year exploring how parenthood relates to sustainable creative careers within the pop music sector.
