Thea is an artist, producer and songwriter manager and publisher who left one of the major record labels in London in 2015 to set up her company initially focusing on management. Together with her business partner Sandra, she has set up one of the first publishing companies in Estonia. She has been on board for Music Estonia for many years and is running local Management branch Music Estonia Managers. Thea is a winner of Manager of the Year and Entrepreneur of the year at Estonian Entrepreneurship Awards in 2022.
