Copenhagen-based duo A Good Year, formed by Albert Hildebrand and Tobias Laust, reshapes the edges of Denmark’s alternative scene with a blend of cinematic textures and understated pop. Their sound drifts somewhere between ambient pop, cinematic electronica, and textural songwriting – music that feels as visual as it does melodic, with resonating guitars sitting alongside a soft queen voice, paced by rimshots and hi-hats.
