An outburst of energy and pent-up emotions defines Alba August. Under a sparkling disco ball and a rain of purple confetti the Swedish artist delivers dark, melancholy art pop. As a constantly restless person with a creative brain and a strong interest in music, the step from actor to artist was natural. During the making of a film, she met producer Tobias Fröberg. The two became friends and with Alba's first album a fruitful collaboration began.
