BAEST plays hard hitting death metal on thrash guitars, driven by the infamous ‘buzzsaw’ guitar tone used by Bloodbath and Entombed. Those Swedish death metal icons are, together with Morbid Angel (US), the main influences of this young band from Aarhus. The five Danes originally got together in October 2015 to play death metal 'inspired by strong Scandinavian traditions'. They plan to release their debut album at the start of 2018 on Goatboil Records.
