Bateu Matou is formed by Ivo Costa, Quim Albergaria and DJ Riot from Buraka Som Sistema, a group that makes songs with the rhythms of Lisbon. Besides uniting drums and computers, they are also a trio of producers that bring a percussive approach, forging together lessons of contemporary times with African and Brazilian roots and collaborating with some of the most inspiring voices in Portugal.
