Andis Ansons and Julijs Raimonds Melngailis are Bel Tempo, an indie electronic duo based in both Eastern Europe's cultural capital Riga (Latvia) and London. Forming in 2018 they already established a strong following in the Baltics with only a handful of songs out. Bel Tempo describe their sound as a combination of voluptuous beats and analog synthesizers with silky vocals and vibrant guitar riffs, inspired by Caribou, Toro y Moi, Jungle, Jai Paul and Blur.
