In the summer of 2016 friends Steven Kolacny, Koen Buyse and Ives Mergaerts launch an ambitious but well thought out plan to get Belgian girls' choir Scala into the metal scene. The objective of Brides of Lucifer is to bring an original tribute to metal by combining a female choir with the brutal force of guitar riffs and drums. 13 singers in custom metal dress accompanied by some excellent musicians bring their version of mythic metal songs, from Rammstein to Iron Maiden, Slayer, Machine Head, Pantera, all this in a demonic and at times heavenly stage set.
