Today he calls London home, but he's originally from Northern Ireland. It's wise to move to the English capital if you're a musician with serious ambitions and Daniel James is someone with a goal and a plan. In order to stand out amid the dozens of like-minded musicians with a six-string and a handful of songs, James keeps his music subtle and quiet. No big choruses and loud synths, but some electronic touches here and there along with his outstanding voice. It's enough to impress, as his EP The Stone and The Hollow proves.
