Not every musician can say he or she played for the king and queen. Ginny Linq, Accent & DJ CC alias De Pioniers ("the Pioneers") were able to update their Linkedin with this remarkable gig. The hiphopgroup won the local music competition of Overijssel this year and was able to show the royal couple what their debut EP "Lazerleven" sounds like when performed live. Since the three-piece formed in 2009 they played gigs and supports for the premier league of the Dutch hiphopscene, including Gers Pardoel, Mr. Polska, Yellow Claw, Fresku and Jiggy Dje, at various clubs and festivals.
