In Dutch, Diff is quite an uncommon first name. But hey, it was easy for singer-songwriter, Diff Rouw to come up with a name for his musical outlet. Inspired by American folk and country blues, this youngster from Leeuwarden writes songs from the heart with personal lyrics. He's supported by five of his musical friends on stage and they each give an energetic twist to his melancholic songs. In just a short time, he and his band have already acquired a place in the Frisian music scene and played big festivals like Freeze and Welcome To The Village. His first EP, Welcome To Diff's was released in late November.
