‘Did you look beyond Double Glass? Or did you encounter a reflection of yourself?’ Dubbel Glas is an interdisciplinary project in which spoken word and music come together to explore the theme of loss. The duo Tessa Rose and Sarah Naëmi met during Wisselstroom, where they wrote their first track together, centred on loss and reflection. In an intimate performance, they weave spoken word, boom bap beats and vocals into a layered listening experience. Through words and rhythm, they trace the different stages of loss, reflecting on both the darker and more beautiful moments that have shaped them.
