fliss is what happens when vintage soul crashes headlong into Gen Z honesty. Her debut single, the subversively romantic ‘coming around’, built her a fast-growing fanbase, including Elton John, who spotlighted her on his radio show. The Birmingham native grew up on Dusty Springfield, Carole King, Kate Bush, Pink Floyd, and Motown classics, and it shows. At the heart of everything fliss does comes traditional storytelling and that feeling of being on a journey. Up next for fliss - her debut project, set to drop in 2027.
