The first gig of this six-piece from Antwerp was during Rock Rally, Belgium's biggest music competition. This resulted in the single, Oh My God. The song became a moderate hit and gigs at festivals and in clubs followed quickly. Their mix of Americana and pop puts them somewhere between Fleet Foxes, Travis and Mumford & Sons. At the beginning of 2014, Geppetto and the Whales will release their debut album, Heads of Woe.
