Gerhardt Heusinkveld is a versatile musician. He has played in many groups, for instance recently keys for Beans & Fatback, and in the past he was a member of the Real dolls and Skinnerbox. In the end he chose a solo career. One that is off to a flying start. With the musicians of Triggerfinger and producer David Poltrock Gerhardt recorded All Is There. A mini-album released in 2011 and containing influences of U2, David Bowie, Coldplay, Arcade Fire but mainly with his own twist. 2011 was a Gerhardt year, we wouldn't be surprised if we would hear a lot more from him in 2012.
