German duo Gurr serve up some of the most exciting and danceable garage pop around. Andreya Casablanca and Laura Lee picked up the much coveted IMPALA European Album of the Year Award, and went through a particularly Hot Summer of festivals and support shows with Arcade Fire. It all ended in more bliss at Lollapalooza Berlin in front of a huge hometown crowd. Next mission is to capture their 'first wave gurrrlcore' on a second album.
