Rani is a Polish pianist, composer and singer, who splitd her life between Warsaw and Berlin. She received a special distinction at the International Transatlantyk Festival in Lódz and also won the Firestone Headliners of Tomorrow competition. Hania Rani works on projects which aim to cross the boundaries between styles and genres, like her new arrangements of songs by John Dowland for string quintet and soloists, or her music for films, theater plays and artistic installations. Since 2012 she has also worked with cellist Dobrawa Czocher, and since 2017 with the band teskno.
