Hior Chronik works both from Berlin and his birthplace Athens. His relationship with music started in the early 90s as a radio producer for Jazz FM and a columnist for several music magazines. He began creating music about seven years ago and today his focus is on minimal ambient based mainly on piano, characterised by cinematography, melancholy, scattered notes and long melodies. His music is featured in various films and documentaries as well as providing backing for art performances. The latest album Into My Own features a captivating collaboration with German electronic producer Arovane.
