ILA is the moniker of 25-year-old Belgian singer-songwriter Ilayda Cicek and her three-piece band. Her music is characterized by her remarkable voice and unadulterated emotions which unmask the inconsistencies of life. They released mini-album ‘Felt’ in the fall of 2021. In 2022 they won Studio Brussels’ ‘De Nieuwe Lichting’ contest and single ‘Leave Me Dry’ spent three weeks at number 1. Follow-up 'Live To Love' was recorded by Damien Vanderhasselt (Millionaire) and Michael Badger (King Gizzard, Amyl and The Sniffers) and hit the radio airwaves throughout the summer.
