Electronic ambient act Intertwine was invented in 2006 by the then 17-year old Tarjei in his bedroom. Bored of reading piano and trumpet sheet music, he started creating his own tracks, weaving distorted layers of dreamy voices and trumpets, blended with crisp drum machines and funky bass lines, all woven into a typical Nordic, melancholic but hook-heavy pop sound.
