Lone Assembly is a Swiss quartet blending new wave, romantic synthpop, and dark, melancholic post-punk. The band released the striking debut EP ‘That Never Happened’ in 2024, unravelling themes of unresolved grief across five tracks that married the haunting allure of the '80s with precision-crafted modern production. The band continues to explore often bleak topics such as rejection, emotional disconnection and insecurity on their debut album, ‘Knots & Chains’, which came out in February 2026 via Irascible Records.
